Layers of Time stretches across the Grand Canyon, revealing an immense succession of cliffs, mesas, shadows, and ancient stone.
The wide view moves from the sunlit formation in the foreground through countless ridges receding toward the horizon. Rust, ochre, violet, and gray strata make the canyon’s geologic history visible, while the clear blue sky gives the landscape room to breathe.
The title recognizes that the canyon is more than a dramatic view—it is time made visible. Every ledge and color band records a different chapter of formation, erosion, and change.
Printed on premium metal with a White High Gloss surface, glossy acrylic, or Photo Rag Baryta fine art paper, Layers of Time can be ordered in a presentation suited to contemporary or traditional interiors. Each option is professionally produced by WHCC (White House Custom Colour) using premium materials selected for clarity, durability, and longevity.
Layers of Time is part of our Landscape Collection, celebrating the character, scale, and enduring beauty of the natural world.
