Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production

Every Nature-Prints product is made specifically for your order by our professional print-production partner. Orders usually ship within 7 business days after your order is placed. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the selected print material, size, finish, mounting option, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and is additional to the production estimate. Transit time varies by destination and carrier. Production may take longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Rates and Destinations

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are calculated based on the products ordered, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Some products or sizes may have shipping restrictions. If an available shipping method cannot be provided for your address, you will be notified during checkout or contacted after placing your order.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Orders containing multiple products may be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery Estimates

Production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nature-prints.com. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has begun. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@nature-prints.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, affected area, and packaging.

For a shipment that appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery date, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
