What print size should I choose?
If you're unsure which size will work best in your space, contact us and tell
us a little about the wall or room you're decorating. We'll be happy to help.

How are the prints made?
Our fine-art photographs are professionally produced by WHCC
(White House Custom Colour) using the materials and finishing
options described on each product page.

Do the prints arrive ready to hang?
Our Metal and Acrylic Prints include a Float Mount for wall display, except Metal sizes 4×6 and 5×10, which include a Metal Easel Back, and Acrylic size 5×7, which includes an Easel Back for tabletop display. Fine Art Paper Prints are supplied unframed and unmounted in all sizes and require framing for wall display. Available sizes vary by photograph and print type.

Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
We carefully prepare our photographs for printing, but every monitor, phone,
and tablet displays color and brightness differently. Small differences between
your screen and the finished artwork are normal.

When will my order ship?
Every print is made to order and usually ships within 7 business days after your order is placed. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination and carrier. Production times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please don't worry. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number
and photographs of the artwork and packaging, and we'll work with you to
resolve the problem.
